- Connect their Shopify store with WhatsApp Business API
- Allow customers to browse products through WhatsApp
- Enable cart management and checkout via WhatsApp conversations
- Provide automated customer support through messaging
3. Eligibility
To use this App, you must:
- Be a Shopify store owner with a valid Shopify account
- Have a Meta Business account with WhatsApp Business API access
- Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Commerce Policy
- Be legally able to enter into this agreement
4. Account Setup and Security
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate WhatsApp Business API credentials
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any security breaches
- Ensure your WhatsApp Business account complies with Meta's policies
Our Responsibilities
- Securely store your API credentials
- Provide reliable service uptime
- Maintain data security standards
- Offer technical support for app-related issues
5. Acceptable Use

- Use the App for legitimate business purposes
- Customize welcome messages and bot responses
- Integrate the App with your existing Shopify workflow
- Contact customer support for technical assistance
❌ You May Not
- Use the App for spam or unsolicited messaging
- Violate WhatsApp's messaging policies
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
6. Data Usage and Privacy
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We never sell or share customer data with third parties

7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

8. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

9. Termination
By You
- Cancel subscription anytime through Shopify admin
- Data deletion available upon request
- Export your data before cancellation
By Us
- We may terminate for violation of Terms
- 30-day notice for convenience termination
- Immediate termination for serious violations
